Agile methodology is a practice that promotes continuous iteration of development and testing throughout the software development life cycle of the project. Both development and testing activities are concurrent unlike the Waterfall model.

Agile methodologies have helped many organizations to respond quickly to the changing market conditions, increase customer satisfaction, and improve overall productivity. But, there are still lots of organizations that are facing difficulties in understanding and implementing Agile. Agile is a way to manage projects. While agile approach can be used for virtually anything, it was originally founded in software development company India. Agile approach allows business analysts, designers, developers, and stakeholders to work together at the same time.
